10 Easy Christmas Party Drinks

In tradition of the season, Ontora presents 10 new drinks for the holidays this year. We’ve put together a variety of different recipes guaranteed to add some life to your Christmas party. Make one, make two, make them all! Your guests will be impressed with your new found bartending skills.

ALCOHOLIC DRINKS

Boat Drink
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Spiced rum (Captain Morgan’s)
* Splash Tonic water
* Rim glass Lime

Mixing instructions:
To a glass of ice add Captain Morgan’s spiced rum. Add a splash of tonic water. Rim glass with lime. Drink. Repeat.

Hot Peppermint Chocolate
Ingredients:
* Hot chocolate
* Rumple Minze

Mixing instructions:
Make hot chocolate (preferably using water) according to instructions. Mix in Rumple Minze and enjoy.

Irish Kiss
Ingredients:
* 1 oz Irish Mist
* 1 splash Green Creme de Menthe

Mixing instructions:
Pour the Irish Mist into shot glass. Add a splash of Creme de Menthe (green).

Creator’s comments:
I invented this drink for people who don’t care for the taste of wiskey. This is a very smooth drink. We serve this every year for our annual St. Patricks Day wild game feed!

After Party
Ingredients:
* 2 cups Vodka
* 4 cups Pineapple juice
* 4 cups Cranberry juice
* 64 oz Ginger ale
* 2 cups Sugar
* Ice

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients! More or less vodka and sugar can be used. Mix to your taste!

Creator’s comments:
I created this drink out of boredom so have fun with it. As the punch bowl gets lower add more vodka!

Dancing Leprechaun
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
* 3/4 oz Drambuie
* 3/4 oz Lemon juice
* Ginger ale
* Twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:
Shake with ice. Strain into glass with ice cubes. Add a twist of lemon.

Diablo ** Editor’s Favorite!
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Casa Noble Tequila Reposado
* 1/4 oz Creme de Cassis
* 1/2 oz fresh Lime juice
* Ginger ale
* 1 wedge Lime
* IceMixing instructions:
Put ice in glass, pour Casa Noble Reposado Tequila, Creme de cassis, fresh lime juice and fill with ginger ale, stir. Pud wedge of lime on top.

Strawberry Zima
Ingredients:
* 1 bottle Zima
* 4 tblsp Strawberry syrup

Mixing instructions:
Pour Zima in any glass in which it fits, add strawberry syrup and stir.

Creator’s comments:
Adds a nice, very agreeable flavor to Zima. Especially enjoyable to those who do not enjoy the taste of alcohol.

NON-ALCOHOLIC

Fruitloops
Ingredients:
* 3 oz Pineapple juice
* 1 1/2 oz Orange juice
* 1 oz Cranberry juice
* 1 splash Grenadine

Mixing instructions:
Stir all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

The Kruzewski
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Sprite
* 2 oz Orange juice
* 1 oz Orange soda (Orangina)
* 1 dash Lemon juice

Mixing instructions:
Put a couple ice cubes in the mug then add juices and mix a great morning drink.

Named after my english teacher, who is responsible of all of my contributions.

Orange Flamingo ** Editor’s Favorite
Ingredients:
* 4/5 Orange soda
* 2 tblsp Whipped cream
* 1 dash Grenadine

Mixing instructions:
First fill glass 4/5 of the way up with orange soda. Then add your grenadine. Finally add the whipped cream to the top.
